The selected juried exhibition artworks for the 30th ISEA 2025 to be held in Seoul, opening on May 23, have been announced.

ISEA (International Symposium on Electronic Art), an international symposium that has been held since 1998, will take place in Seoul this year, organized by Art Center Nabi. With over 2,000 participating artists and academic experts from around the world, the symposium is the largest media art festival featuring exhibitions, performances, workshops, screenings, artist talks, and various other programs centered around art, science, and technology.

On February 25, Art Center Nabi revealed five selected juried exhibition artworks via Instagram. Chosen through an open call at the end of last year, these five works encompass a diverse range of contemporary media art, from interactive installations to AV performances, AR/VR, and video art.

The participating artists include Judit Eszter Kárpáti & Esteban de la Torre (EJTECH Studio, Hungary), Joshua Rodenberg & Arshia Sobhan (Canada), Malitzin Cortés (CNDSD) & Iván Abreu (Mexico), and Junha Kim (South Korea).

Offering a comprehensive view of the dynamic trends in contemporary media art, the ISEA 2025 exhibition will be held at the Seoul Arts Center and Seoul National University Museum of Art starting May 23. Early bird tickets are available for purchase on the ISEA 2025 website until April 18.
