enhance opportunities for cultural enjoyment.
During the free admission period,
visitors can explore exhibitions at all MMCA branches, including Seoul,
Gwacheon, Deoksugung, and Cheongju. Please note that the Gwacheon, Deoksugung,

Meanwhile,
starting September 1, the “2025 Korea Art Festival” will connect a variety of
art events across the country. In collaboration with related
organizations—including the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art
(MMCA), the Arts Council Korea, the Korea Craft & Design Foundation, the
Korea Tourism Organization, and the Korea Railroad Corporation—the festival
will offer discounted admission to major biennales and art fairs, as well as
operate curated art travel programs.
In
particular, the festival will spotlight emerging artists through 48 “must-see
exhibitions” recommended by seven art experts, along with collaborative
exhibitions and an international conference.
