Unlike Magritte’s < The Discovery of Fire >, which is a reference for this work, the fire is drawn in the opposite direction. Behind a burning trumpet in an empty field, a mountain was drawn in the distance. The overcast sky with dark clouds emphasized the fire and gave it a gloomy feeling.
