The theme of the Biennale is “The Geography of Objects – Living in the Net of Biophilia.” The Biennale’s main exhibition is divided into five sections: ‘Biophilia, Beyond Humanism’, ‘Meme & Cultural Contexts’, ‘Hybrid & New Craftsmanship’, ‘Upcycling & Ecological Correctness’, ‘Net of Biophilia & The Future’, focusing on the process of craft that is created through the relationship between the human body and nature, and tracing the relationship between people and things and the voyage of things.

The exhibition will also feature works by artists who won the Cheongju International Craft Competition, as well as more than 150 crafts from Spain that will be on display as part of an invited country exhibition. Besides, there are various workshops, markets, and performances, and the Craft Biennale is a large-scale festival that promotes the participation of citizens.
